At Domain Insure, we work hard to give you great products, great pricing and great customer service. So if you ever feel less than satisfied in any of these areas, please let us know. We’ll work with you to sort out your complaint quickly and fairly.

We will investigate your complaint, and provide you with our decision, and the reasons on which it is based as quickly as possible. If the complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days and you wish to proceed further, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, or AFCA. AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
